John Paul Burson is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama.

I received my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Montevallo in May, 2001. In 2003 I began attending night classes at the Birmingham School of Law. I received my Law Degree in December 2006. In 2007 I started practicing law in Marshall County Alabama where I continue in private practice.

Over the years I have handled a variety of cases for my clients. I have tried many cases before Judges and Juries. Not every case goes to trial, but everyone deserves a thorough investigation of the facts and applicable law before determining how to settle or try their case. I have experience in matters ranging from Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Probate, Appeals, and City Court Cases. I am licensed to practice law in Alabama and the U.S. Supreme Court. I am also a member of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
